なぜに忍者がヌンチャク？

He steals into homes under cover of night through skylights, second-floor windows and sometimes, the front door. His infamy has spread across Staten Island. So when Mary Ann Carlo encounted a masked bandit on the stairs of her home last night, she started screaming "The Ninja is here! The Ninja!"
Chiolo says the "Ninja Bandit" lived up to his martial arts reputation, brandishing a set of nununchucks when he broke into Chicolo's home through the front door around 1 a.m.

　忍者の格好をして強盗に入るというのも凄い話だが、ヌンチャクを持っていたというのも凄い。
　かーなーり東洋かぶれのヤツなんだろうなぁ。
　普通はナイフとか拳銃で、普通にスキーマスクくらいはかぶるかもしれないけど、忍者の装束では来ないよねぇ(^^;
